Do we need new Microsoft licences?

Often not. Many Power Platform features come with Microsoft 365. During Discovery we check what you already have and flag any extra licences before you commit.

Should we use a custom CRM or Dynamics 365?

A custom Dataverse CRM suits smaller teams with simpler needs and keeps licence costs down. Dynamics 365 suits larger teams that need full sales, service or field-service features. We compare both on cost and fit.

Who owns what you build?

You do. Everything lives in your own Microsoft tenant, with documentation and a full handover so your team can run and extend it.

Can you work alongside our IT team?

Yes. We follow your security policies, set up proper environments and governance, and train your staff as part of every project.
